Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs payments made for services, subscriptions, memberships, digital tools, and features offered by Florida Hitech Services Inc.
1. General Rule
Unless applicable law requires otherwise or expressly stated in writing, payments made to Florida Hitech Services Inc are non-refundable once the service, analysis, platform access, document processing, or subscription period has begun.
2. Services Already Started
- Analyses already performed
- Reports already processed
- Documents already prepared
- Access already used for premium features
- Subscription periods already started
- Partial or full use of credits, messages, reviews, or tools
3. Subscriptions
- They may cancel before the next billing cycle
- Cancellation prevents future charges
- Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund for the period already charged or started
4. Exceptional Refunds
The company may, at its sole discretion, consider partial or full refunds in extraordinary cases, including duplicate billing errors or significant technical failures exclusively attributable to the company.
5. No Refund for Lack of Results
- An account was not removed
- The credit score did not increase
- A bureau verified the information
- The user did not obtain the expected result
- The user changed their mind after the service was started
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If the user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute in an abusive or fraudulent manner, the company may suspend or terminate access to the account and defend its position with the corresponding documentation.
