Welcome to Florida Hitech Services Inc. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of our website, platforms, forms, digital tools, user account, content, communications, credit consulting services, and our consulting agent for operational and documentary support.
By accessing the site, creating an account, purchasing a plan, uploading documents, or using any service, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Company Identity
Florida Hitech Services Inc offers administrative support services, credit consulting, document organization, credit report analysis, draft preparation, and technical assistance in processes related to credit and dispute documentation.
2. Nature of the Service
Our services are documentary, technical, and administrative support. They do not constitute, by themselves, legal representation, official decision, expert opinion, credit bureau service, or guarantee of results.

- File organization
- Preparation of draft letters, affidavits, and supporting documents
- Administrative follow-up
- Digital analysis and classification tools
- Access to a consulting agent for operational support
3. Nature of the Consulting Agent
The consulting agent is a support tool used by Florida Hitech Services Inc to assist with analysis, information organization, document review, file classification, and preparation of operational drafts. The user understands and accepts that:
- The consulting agent is not a lawyer
- It does not replace individual legal advice
- It is not a credit bureau, furnisher, collector, or regulatory authority
- It does not guarantee absolute accuracy in all cases
- It may produce summaries, suggestions, or drafts that require human and user review before any definitive use
4. Eligibility
To use our services, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have sufficient legal capacity
- The information you provide is true, accurate, and current
- You have the right to use and upload the submitted documents
- You will not use the service for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes
5. User Account
To access certain features, it may be necessary to create an account. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity conducted from their account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or misuse of the account.
6. Documents and Data Uploaded by the User
The user is solely responsible for the documents, data, and materials they upload, send, or use within the service. By doing so, they represent that:
- The documents are authentic or faithfully reproduced
- The information is accurate to the best of their knowledge
- They have sufficient authorization to share it
- They are not manipulating evidence, identity, or material information
7. Permitted Use
The user may only use the site and services for legal and legitimate purposes. The following is prohibited:

- Uploading altered or fraudulent documents
- Using the service for impersonation, fraud, or deception
- Attempting to compromise the site, system, or infrastructure

8. No Guarantee of Results
The user understands and accepts that:

- We do not guarantee credit score increases
- We do not guarantee approval of credit, financing, housing, or vehicles
- We do not guarantee specific results with bureaus, creditors, furnishers, collectors, or regulators
9. Drafts and Prepared Documents
Letters, affidavits, summaries, drafts, and other materials we prepare are generated based on information available at the time of preparation. The user is responsible for:
- Reviewing names, dates, addresses, account numbers, and facts
- Verifying content before signing, sending, or submitting it
- Not using documents if they contain errors or unconfirmed information
10. No Exclusive Dependence
The user should not rely exclusively on the consulting agent or any automated result for legal, regulatory, financial, or strategic decisions without adequate review. When the matter requires individualized legal interpretation, litigation, legal defense, or specialized professional advice, the user should consult a licensed attorney or other professional as appropriate.
11. No Attorney-Client Relationship
The use of the site, the consulting agent, or any service of Florida Hitech Services Inc does not create an attorney-client relationship nor constitute formal legal advice.
12. Subscriptions, Plans, and Payments
We may offer free plans, one-time payments, monthly subscriptions, premium services, add-ons, promotional credits, or other modalities. By purchasing a plan, the user agrees to pay the applicable charges, taxes, and fees disclosed at the time of purchase. If the plan is recurring, the user authorizes periodic charges according to the applicable billing cycle until the service is properly canceled.
13. Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise indicated in writing, subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period. The user is responsible for canceling before the next billing date if they do not wish to renew.
14. Cancellation
The user may cancel through the mechanisms available in their account, platform, or channel enabled by the company. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not necessarily reverse the charge for the current billing period, unless applicable law or a specific policy provides otherwise.
15. Refunds
Unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law: payments for services already initiated are non-refundable; payments for subscription periods already started may not be refundable; promotional, exceptional, or courtesy refunds are at the company's discretion.
16. Promotions and Credits
Promotions, referrals, discounts, and credits may be subject to additional rules, usage limits, expiration, revocation for fraud, or special conditions determined by the company.
17. Electronic Communications
By using our services, the user agrees to receive electronic communications related to their account, payments, security, support, file status, and service operation, including email, messages, and other digital notifications.
18. Intellectual Property
All content on the site and service, including text, structure, forms, templates, design, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, descriptions, base documents, and operational materials, belongs to Florida Hitech Services Inc or is used with authorization. No ownership rights are granted to the user over such content, except a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
19. Feedback
If the user provides suggestions, comments, or improvement ideas, we may use them without obligation of compensation, attribution, or restriction, unless the law provides otherwise.
20. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the site, system, account, portal, tools, or features will be available at all times, without interruptions, or without errors. We may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue any part of the service when reasonably necessary.
21. Third Parties
The service may integrate with or depend on external providers of payment, storage, authentication, messaging, assisted generation, support, infrastructure, or analytics. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of third-party services nor assume responsibility for failures exclusively attributable to such third parties, to the extent permitted by law.
22. Privacy
The use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
23. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate the user's access to the service at any time if we reasonably determine that the user:
- Violates these Terms
- Uses the service fraudulently or illegally
- Provides false or altered information
- Attempts to compromise system security
- Engages in abusive chargebacks
- Maintains abusive conduct toward the company or its staff
- Creates legal, compliance, or reputational risks for the company
24. Effects of Termination
Termination of the service does not extinguish:
- Already accrued payment obligations
- Usage restrictions
- Liability limitations
- Confidentiality obligations
- Intellectual property provisions
- Any other clause that by its nature should survive
25. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Florida Hitech Services Inc, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensees, and suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, nor for loss of opportunities, score loss, credit denial, third-party delays, unachieved results, data loss, lost profits, or similar damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
26. Economic Liability Limit
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total cumulative liability of Florida Hitech Services Inc for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user to the company during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars (US$100), whichever is greater, unless applicable law prohibits such limitation.
27. Indemnification
The user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Florida Hitech Services Inc against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, reasonable costs, and expenses arising from:
- Misuse of the service
- Breach of these Terms
- Falsity or illegality of documents or data provided
- Violation of third-party rights
- Fraudulent or illegal use of generated materials
28. Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without prejudice to applicable federal legislation.
29. Forum and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute related to the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith communication with the company. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts of the State of Florida, unless a separate agreement provides otherwise.
30. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
31. Waiver
The failure of the company to exercise any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
32. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional written agreement applicable to the contracted service, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Florida Hitech Services Inc regarding the use of the service.
33. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will be the one published on the site with its update date. Continued use of the service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
